Q: What is a PREORDER? 
Preorder simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment. Items purchased on preorder are given a date when the item is expected to be ready for posting. You will receive an email with your tracking information when the items are ready and have been posted.  By placing a pre order item/s, your entire order will be shipped when ALL products become available. (If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre order item is available, please place two seperate orders). Please note: Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out - you need to allow a few days for it to arrive depending on your selected shipping method & where you are located.

Q: When is the latest to order Christmas Items?
To receive your items in time for Christmas we recommend ordering them by the following dates;
Tracked Postage - Thursday 10th December
Express Postage - Thursday 17th December

Q: What are Pooch Packs?
Bender & Friends Pooch Packs are gift boxes for your fluff ball. They are designed to be purchased as you required them and are perfect to spoil your pooch, gift to a pal or to try new products!

Q: Do you have a subscription Box?
Unfortunately at the moment we don't currently provide a subscription box.

Q: Do you have any option for dogs that like to chew?
We certainly do! Our Tough Pack is perfect for dogs who chew through normal toys, and they are custom made to suit your pooches size!

Q: I'm a breeder and want to order multiple Puppy Packs?
Bender & Friends can supply as many Puppy Packs as necessary, if you require 6+ Packs we ask that you please order in advance and let us know when you need them by or contact us first.

Q: Where do your products come from?
All of our Treats are locally sourced from trusted Australian Businesses.

Q: What payment options are there?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Afterpay & Laybuy.

Q: Do you offer refunds/returns?
Not loving your new purchase for your pooch? If you find that your purchased item doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit, or you simply aren’t satisfied, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can find an alternative size or product.

We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size however, we are able to offer a store credit or exchange if we are contacted within the 14 days of receiving the item/s. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in it’s original packaging and condition.

A Bender & Friends store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item or save your Bender & Friends store credit for later since it never expires!

Q: Out of stock products?
Bender & Friends will contact you if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order.

Q: Are you accepting models/brand ambassadors at this time?
Check our Instagram to see if we are currently running an ambassador promotion. Alternatively you can reach out to us and we will get back to you.
